This website is an information page for Lone Oak Seedlings & Garden Centre, Arum Rd, Gonubie, East London, 5256. It exists so you can find us, learn what we do, and contact us. Nothing on it is an offer for sale.
Plants, availability and orders
Seedlings are living, seasonal stock. What we grow, and when it is ready, changes through the year. Availability, varieties and prices are confirmed directly with us — at the nursery, by email or on WhatsApp — and any sale is concluded there, not through this website.
Accuracy of information
We keep the information on this site (including our hours and contact details) as current as we reasonably can, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at all times. Growing advice on this site or given informally is general in nature; results depend on your soil, season and care.
Use of the contact form
The contact form is for genuine enquiries. You may not use it to send unlawful, abusive or automated content. We limit repeated automated submissions to keep the form working for everyone. Information you submit is handled in terms of our Privacy Notice.
Intellectual property
The Lone Oak Seedlings name, logo and the content of this website belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our consent. Supplier marks shown (such as seed producers') belong to their owners.
Third-party services
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or other external services take you to platforms we do not control, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for their content or conduct.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or the information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, or other law that cannot be excluded.
